Who we are

These terms cover your purchase of Daily Driver OS on this site. The product is made and sold by Thota Bala Bhaskar Sai, an individual based in India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Thota Bala Bhaskar Sai, and "you" means the person or business buying the product.

What you buy

Daily Driver OS is a digital kit for Claude Code. It holds six slash commands, a starter memory, safety settings, a status line, and an installer and uninstaller for Mac and Windows, with a step-by-step PDF guide and an installation video. You get it as a download by email.

To use it you need Claude Code and a Claude plan that includes it (Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise or a Console account). You buy those from Anthropic, separately. The free Claude plan does not include Claude Code.

It runs on a Mac, and on Windows 10 and 11 through Git Bash. It is not offered for Linux. If you are not sure it fits your computer, email us before you buy.

Price and payment

The price is shown in Indian rupees on the product page and again at checkout. Any launch price, and the date it ends, is shown on the product page. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added to the price.

Payments are handled by [payment gateway name]. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, we email your download link and the link to the installation video to the address you gave at checkout, usually within minutes. The details are in our shipping and delivery policy.

Your licence

You are buying a licence to use the kit, not the kit itself. The full licence comes in your download, in the file LICENSE.txt. In short:

• You may install and use it on computers you use yourself. If a business buys it, that business's own staff may use it for the business's own work.
• You may change it for your own use, and everything you make with it is yours.
• You may not sell, share, give away or publish the kit or any part of it, or put it in a product, course or service for others.
• Each copy carries your name and order number, so we can tell which licence a shared copy came from. The kit sends nothing from your computer.

Refunds

All sales are final, except where the law requires a refund. If you are charged twice for the same order, or we cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund that payment. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Using the kit safely

The kit changes Claude Code's settings on your computer. The installer backs up every file before changing it, and the uninstaller removes only what the kit added. You are still responsible for what you ask Claude Code to do and for checking its work. Keep your own backups of files that matter to you.

No guarantee

We built and tested the kit with care, but we do not promise that it is free of errors, that it suits every setup, or that it keeps working after changes to Claude Code or other tools we do not control. It is provided as it is.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost data, profit or time. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.

Daily Driver OS is not made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems are solved faster that way.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you paid apply to that purchase.
